Hosting and support

We pride ourselves on the ongoing relationships we have with our clients and aim to develop mutually beneficial partnerships which invest in improving the client's business over time. We have a flexible approach to support relationships and understand that varying budgets define how much can be committed to a support agreement. We have various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place with existing clients and are happy to discuss support requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Over the years we’ve learnt that specifying, building and managing internal hosting environments is not cost effective with larger hosting specialists offering a much better product. As a result we use a selection of high quality hosting partners. Our preferred hosting partner is Rackspace and we currently run and support both dedicated and cloud hosting environments with them. We work with UKFast and a number of second tier hosting partners for clients with a more modest budget. We select hosting partners and recommend infrastructure based on individual requirements and budget.
