Umbraco is a widely used open source ASP.NET which supports all of the standard functionality you’d expect from a CMS. The CMS supports adding additional modules to add extra functionality to the site. It has a web based user interface that makes it simple to update your site and also integrates with Microsoft Word 2007 to allow content authors to modify the site through an interface they’re comfortable with
